Prepping for Fabulous February Fun!

January 23, 2023 No Comments

February is the shortest month but it is also one of the most exciting months. It is the month to celebrate Groundhog’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras and somewhere in there often falls the 100th or the 120th Day of School. I know one of the worries is that you don’t want to get too far away from the curriculum BUT with each of these resources there is reading, writing, word work, math and vocabulary for posting. Many of them also suggest wonderful literature suggestions. Your class will appreciate the activities and YOU will appreciate all the learning that is taking place. Let’s take a peek so you can get planning your February lessons. You will “heart” all of these and so will your class.

February is Dental Health month. Take a peek at all of these cute activities and embed them into your reading, writing, word work and math curriculum.

I’m Michele a retired educator who loved every minute of being in the classroom and creating an environment where students loved coming and materials were presented that inspired learning. After retirement 5 years ago I knew I wanted to stay connected to the classroom and education. I began pulling my materials together and creating resources for TpT. I hope you will peek at them!! Together my husband and I have raised three amazing sons who now are busy beginning families of their own. To date I only have one grandson but he is such a joy! My husband, miniature dachshund Rubee, and I love being on the water, boating and walking outside. So if you see sunglasses you know where we are!! Together we spend time at our lake house in Michigan and our winter home in Florida. We are creating so many wonderful memories.
