March Resources

Welcome March! What a wonderful month of the year. Let’s take a look at some of my favorite resources for teaching during the month of March. I am sharing bundles as often as I can so you can SAVE 20% all year long. Also if you click on the cover you will find a listing of each individual resource.

The Literacy Bundle includes six of my favorite book companions for March… Bear Wants More, Spring is Here, The Night Before St. Patrick’s Day, The Old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover, How to Catch the Easter Bunny, Old Lady Who Swallowed a Chick. Each of these companions is filled with activities perfect for your literacy program and guided reading. They have vocabulary, word work, writing and comprehension activities.

The March Reading Bundle includes a resource for comprehension, phonics, word searches and mini readers. Each resource focuses on the month of March.

The March Writing Bundle has 4 guided writing lessons, a resource for showcasing student writing with page topper crafts, a How to (this month about the leprechaun), and graphic organizers to encourage early writers.

And let’s not forget about the special events in March.

Unit 26 is all about Spring. This Book Companion and Springtime Resource make the perfect pair.

Week 27 celebrates St. Patrick’s Day.

Week 28 provides an opportunity to Explore Weather. Perfect cross curricular activities.

And four of my “go to” resources. The calendar is ideal for math sessions.

I’m Michele a retired educator who loved every minute of being in the classroom and creating an environment where students loved coming and materials were presented that inspired learning. After retirement 5 years ago I knew I wanted to stay connected to the classroom and education. I began pulling my materials together and creating resources for TpT. I hope you will peek at them!! Together my husband and I have raised three amazing sons who now are busy beginning families of their own. To date I only have one grandson but he is such a joy! My husband, miniature dachshund Rubee, and I love being on the water, boating and walking outside. So if you see sunglasses you know where we are!! Together we spend time at our lake house in Michigan and our winter home in Florida. We are creating so many wonderful memories.
