Classroom Teacher Tools

Lesson plans are important tools for educators. Lesson plans guide content delivery, organization, communication, and assessment. With careful planning, educators will engage students with important content, be able to align activities with objectives, and ensure all skills are being covered. What I like best about these plans is that because they are on the computer they are continually editable because we all know the best laid plans do change.

These plans can be access from anywhere as long as you have your computer with you. I can’t tell you how many times I have changed class lists, schedules or even plans themselves. This was always one of the keys to my success with staying organized and prepared making sure I meet all the objectives that were important.

This is another MUST!! I love having everything ready when I am going to be out for the day. I keep these in a binder and where they are easily visual so all the substitute has to do is open the binder and follow through. With this set I included the book companion Click Clack Moo for the day with lesson examples for you BUT you can substitute most any book companion from my store to fit the day. Take the stress out of being absent. Take care of you, your child or whatever rather than worrying about what is happening in your classroom. The information guides the substitute through the day.

Strong home school connections are one of the best ways to support a child’s academic, social, and emotional growth. These forms will help you keep in contact with parents so they can support you at school and your students will feel supported and your parents informed.

Now let’s look at a few FREEBIES I have created to support your classroom.

I’m Michele a retired educator who loved every minute of being in the classroom and creating an environment where students loved coming and materials were presented that inspired learning. After retirement 5 years ago I knew I wanted to stay connected to the classroom and education. I began pulling my materials together and creating resources for TpT. I hope you will peek at them!! Together my husband and I have raised three amazing sons who now are busy beginning families of their own. To date I only have one grandson but he is such a joy! My husband, miniature dachshund Rubee, and I love being on the water, boating and walking outside. So if you see sunglasses you know where we are!! Together we spend time at our lake house in Michigan and our winter home in Florida. We are creating so many wonderful memories.
