Data and graphing help children look at numbers in different ways. Beginning children with graphs when they are young helps students learn to count , organize, compare, and discuss information.
This resource is designed to provide experiences for students with collecting data and then recording the data onto graphs.
There are three sets (insects, balls, fruit) of graphs for students to view and then collect data from. These are perfect for center activities.
This collection is followed by independent data activities that can be used for practice or assessment. These activities include bar graphs, picture graphs and activities for data collection and recording it.
