April Math with Find the Missing Number

Finding the missing number in a problem is always difficult for students to master.

This resource is designed for practice using tools, center activities and practice pages with a “froggy theme”.

The first center focuses on frog spinners for spinning once and then again to build their problem. Students are then challenged to find the missing number to complete problem.

The second center presents the student with a problem and then they use counters or the number line to solve the missing number and place that number, in a frog, in the pond.

There are practice pages for review or assessment.
